Yield: 2 servings

2 Chicken breasts
1/2 c Chopped dill
1 Stick (8 tbsp.) unsalted -butter, softened
3 Or 4 – cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon

Preheat broiler. Put all ingredients, except chicken, in a blender and puree. Spread sauce over chicken breasts and broil, turning once or twice and brushing again with the sauce, until chicken is done, about 13 – 17 minutes, and skin is crisp.

Serves 2.
