Yield: 6 servings

2 1/2 To 3 lb. chicken pieces
3 c Cooked rice
3/4 c Sliced celery
2 tb Butter Salt
12 oz Can corn w/ peppers
3/4 c Sliced green onions
4 oz Pork sausage
Pepper
2 ts Lemon juice

Season chicken with salt and pepper and brown in butter. Remove and brown sausage and vegetables. Add remaining ingredients and chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
