1 c Raw Rice
3/4 lb Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 c Grated Carrots
1 qt Milk
1 sm Onion, Grated
1 ts Salt
1/2 Green Bell Pepper, Diced
1 ds Pepper
1 1/2 c Cooked Chicken Or Turkey

Mix all ingredients together. Place in a 9″ X 13″ baking dish and bake at 325
