3 lb Cut Up Chicken
1 cn Whole Peeled Tomatoes
14-1/2 oz can, drained and chopped (RESERVE LIQUID)
1 Env Onion Soup Mix
1/3 c Water
In 3 quart c
asserole heat chicken, uncovered, on HIGH 12 mins, re- arranging once drain. Add
tomatoes, then onion soup mix blended with water and reserved liquid. Heat,
covered, 14 mins or until chicken is tender, rearranging chicken once.
Let
stand covered 5 mins.
